LPN Pre Entrance Test Dates
If unable to make your scheduled test date, call us prior to the scheduled start time of the test to reschedule. If you do not call or show up on your scheduled test date, your $50 non-refundable testing fee will be forfeited.

The pre-entrance Work Keys test (3 hours) consists of Applied Mathematics (Level 5), Reading for Information (Level 5) and Locating Information (Level 4). To register on-line,
click here, or you may register by phone at (440) 746-8332. A nonrefundable $50 fee for the exam is paid in advance. Drivers license or picture ID is required at the time of testing. Bring a calculator for use during the math portion of the test.
