Mrs. Pawluk has been involved with Practical Nurse Education since 1992, when she joined the staff of the Parma School of Practical Nursing program, which moved to CVCC in 2002. Prior to that she was involved in post licensure nurse education. She started her career after graduating from the University of Akron with a BSN and later receiving a MSN from the University of Phoenix.

She has various backgrounds in nursing including medical – surgical, critical care, staff development in an acute care setting, and long term care. She is involved with both the classroom and clinic education of the student practical nurse. There are multiple clinical sites throughout the Cleveland area.
